This policy applies to all tours booked with Tamarindo Estuary Tours Mi Rey.
Cancellations and date changes
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the tour departure time. To cancel or change the date, write to us by WhatsApp or email with your name and the date of your tour.
If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, we refund the deposit you paid online. If you cancel with less than 24 hours of notice or do not show up, the deposit is not refunded.
Tide and weather
Boat and kayak tours leave with the high tide, which changes every day, so we confirm the exact departure time after you book. If the weather or water conditions make a tour unsafe, we will contact you to offer another date or a refund.
Refunds
Refunds are made the same way you paid: to your PayPal account or card, or by SINPE Móvil or bank transfer to the account the payment came from.
