About the tour
With our horseback and estuary combo, you will explore a large part of the Tamarindo area alongside an expert local guide. The combo starts with pickup from your hotel, heading to the Tamarindo estuary where we begin our horseback adventure. We ride along nature-filled trails up to viewpoints with panoramic ocean views, then continue along the beach. After the ride we arrive at Las Baulas Marine National Park, where our boat will be waiting for the second part of the combo: a guided tour through the Tamarindo estuary to observe birds, iguanas, monkeys and crocodiles, and learn about the mangrove ecosystem. The length depends on the tide. Children follow the rules of each tour.
